We invest in projects where a stadium or arena anchors and supports the team behind our investment. These venues lay the foundation for long-term value creation and broader development, transforming their surroundings into vibrant sports and entertainment destinations. Through mixed-use spaces, entertainment, hospitality, and residential offerings, we help strengthen communities while creating lasting value for our team investments.
