Co- Founder and Managing Principal Russel Dixon
Russell Dixon is Co-Founder and Managing Principal of CDZ Prolific LLC and oversees its strategic growth and Capital Execution. Dixon is Head of the Russell Dixon Family Office—RD Related. Dixon was previous Chairman & Managing Partner of RH Capital Partners and Current Chairman of RedHill Realty Investment Management. RH Capital managed private equity for families, HNWI’s and institutions. RedHill (founded in 2005) invests in, develops and operates in, institutional multifamily and mixed-use real assets. Dixon was highly recognized as Co-Head of CB Richard Elllis, Global Capital Markets Group (and founded its international Multifamily Properties Organization). Dixon began his career as President of TWC Advisors. He specializes in institutional investment management and structured finance, having managed and directed billions in significant domestic and international transactions. Notably, Dixon is recognized as one of several that collaborated in bringing Formula One to Las Vegas. He holds a BS from Brigham Young University with postgraduate studies at Stanford University. Dixon is an active board member / advisor of a number of industry organizations.
Co- Founder and Managing Principal Tom Zheng Ph.Dc, MS
Tom Zheng is the Co-Founder and Managing Principle of CDZ. Tom is a former NFL Sports Scientist with more than a decade of experience spanning professional sports, entertainment, mixed-use real estate development, and private equity. He is the Co-Founder and CEO of The Player’s Company (TPC), founded alongside Richard Sherman and Sheldon Day to help NFL athletes build a pathway to long-term generational wealth. Today, TPC has evolved into a premier organization representing athletes across all professional sports, high-net-worth individuals, and founders. In addition, Tom owns and operates Tomco, a San Diego-based private equity firm focused on creating long-term value at the intersection of sports, real estate, and innovation. By leveraging sports organizations as anchor assets, the firm invests across the broader ecosystem, including sports teams, leagues, mixed-use real estate, media, and complementary operating businesses.
